Absolute Zero This album is a fave in my collection. It's hard to explain why; It's not a style I'd usually go for. But I'm a lover of music, & I judge based on how moving it is.
It has a melancholy to it, sometimes only present in the lyrics, that really draws me in. Other fave tracks are "Control" & "Storm's End". I really dig the surf rock of the latter. Favorite track: Losing to the Dark.

brantly An underrated gem glowing with Slumberland Records punk rock, a sunnier Captured Tracks roster, a darker Phil Spector 60's pop influence and nice touches of 'Underwater Moonlight' era Soft Boys.
